1. Contact and Demo Request Form

When you submit a demo request form on this site, we collect the following details:

• Name
• Work email
• Organization
• Country
• Fundraising campaign or challenge you want to address
• Additional notes (optional)

Purpose: We use this information solely to review your campaign context, assess technical and commercial feasibility, and respond to your demo request.

Data minimization rule: We explicitly request that you do not include donor databases, contact lists, or donor personal data in the form.

Transmission and storage: This website does not persist form submissions in its own database. Upon submission, the payload is transmitted via the Resend transactional email service and delivered directly to the Agenterix commercial team inbox.

2. Google Analytics and Cookies

We use Google Analytics to understand site usage and measure the demo request funnel (page views, link interactions, and form submissions).

Prior consent: Google Analytics is only enabled after you grant explicit consent via the “Accept analytics” button on the site banner.

Cookie behavior: If you accept, Google Analytics may set cookies in your browser (such as _ga and _ga_*) to distinguish sessions and visitors. If you decline, Agenterix does not load Google Analytics, does not send requests to its servers, and sets no analytics cookies.

Changing preferences: You can modify your preference at any time using the “Cookie preferences” link in the website footer. Switching from accepted to declined removes Google Analytics cookies on the Agenterix domain and reloads the page to guarantee a clean runtime state without resident scripts in memory.

3. Google Tag Manager

We use Google Tag Manager exclusively to deploy the Google Analytics measurement configuration described above. Google Tag Manager remains completely unloaded when analytics is declined or while no consent decision has been made.

4. Infrastructure and Technical Service Providers

To operate this site and process incoming commercial inquiries, the following technical providers are involved:

• Cloudflare: Provides network, security, and performance infrastructure. Cloudflare Web Analytics / RUM may generate technical performance telemetry independently of Google Analytics.
• Resend: Transactional email service used to deliver demo request notifications to our team inbox.
• Vercel: Hosting and serverless compute platform powering this web application.
